When you’re considering signing on with a company to offer online credit card services, make sure they provide great customer service during the entire selection process. Some companies outsource different aspects of the merchant account service experience, and if a problem arises you may find yourself making multiple phone calls, trying to figure out where the problem originated and who is responsible for fixing it. And that can be very frustrating if you find yourself in a situation where different support people have different opinions on what’s causing the problem.
